I have a suggestion
A warning before kicking the players.
This would be for order, Clear that this rule would be omitted in cases of hackers or ddosers.

Sometimes players are kicked for stupid reasons. I think a good moderator should have a bit of tolerance, I say be warned before kicking them ej: stop radio spamming or kick. ej 2: Stop insult or kick.
As you will see that does not exist here.

Basically, I always warn before punishing (in some cases not, depends) so this is rather useless because every moderator has his own act of moderating.

In case of frekill it should not be noticed in other cases if it should be done. But since you are an abuser you will never agree with this rule.
