I want to continue contributing.
During the game while having a good time playing with my colleagues
I have detected errors and reported them

I have seen your motivation, I won't say what doesn't make you suitable not even for mod1 because you would counter argue and begin an endless discussion.

Neverless, you are one of the most useless mods in DR.

If it is true I have punished very few players,
The reason is why I think a moderator should only act when needed.
I also assure myself before acting so as not to make mistakes.

I think i do not agree with you, I understand that typing in capital letters is bad education.
It's not bad education to change the font style, The truth if it were true what you designed the forum would not bring those default options.
I do this to make reading easier.
You design that I do not have good behavior, What do you mean specifically?

I have logs of him acting like kid.

Plus he disrespects other staff members and forum users and admins don't do a thing about him.

As you can see, I'm not useless-
