I always see so many rulebreakers(hackers,speedhackers,etc),and any mod is not online so I can kick them to protect server.I will always follow rules .

Never on any other server.

By the way, you say that the mods are never online but we are not robots who can be at the server 24/7, we have our own lives.
Furthermore we do join the server, perhaps you haven't seen us because we are either incógnito or simply not speaking and watching the server.

I agree with @sin, In any case I see good intentions in @your mind.
If you request again at a time that we are accepting new moderators I will have my vote for you positive for T-mod.(This way you can have a safer game).
