Addition of new Ranks.

1) Sin as a Forum Moderator and with a new power to take care of the reports too.
I have seen his work since i have came back from my inactivity and he had done quite a good job.

2) Another New Addition will be of Boner aka Doner as an Admin.
he has done a good job,people asked me why i added him as a Co-Admin but he has shown his worth and would be doing his job much better now.

*Some Question you Guys might ask*

1) There wont be a Co-admin now or anytime soon.
2) Why siN? Raja Personally told me that he wanna step down and recommened siN as his replacement.
3) The ones who are removed would be added back if they come active back again.

We don't need admins now, doner is doing a great job. We better make him a admin than a new co-admin or admin. I would also be removing other inactive moderators too. I might add a new forum moderator.

Ps: francis is the new Nabstar Admin. (he cant be promoted or demoted by anyone now.)
