I was thinking of making a competition with these titles:
''The most active player''
''The best staff member of the week.
'' Respectable member''
This will be decided every week and it will get a point from admin.
This contest makes staff members much more active and fun.

Honestly I don't see why we need this. If you are active and you know that you do your job well then why do you need others approval? It's just my opinion though.

Not even bad idea I'm still waiting for my tmod to get it on the server but still waiting about 3 weeks i guess and no response but I dont think that this challenge is bad mate
