Add Line in lua

I will be brief and explicit With respect to this publication.
I think it is necessary to add a cheat identifier,
As in the prison server, everyone who uses the aimbot or speed appeared the following: -100
The truth that I believe is an excellent aid ,
Since the cheaters themselves realize that they are instantly identified.  
And as in my previous report appeared an aimboter,
I could conclude that the server dogehouse that we all appreciate,
Does not have this big lua.

If you tried to find varioys ways to identify cheaters, you'd know that there are many ways of tracking them. I agree with the adding of a similar command, !s (id) slows down the specified player -100 but shows a message only to the moderator.

Unfortunatly there is no way of identifying aimbotters automatically, altho a good friend of mine is working on something similar.
