I can't play each day, because of school and relationship, but I can play about four times a week for about 3 hours.

Why do you want to be a staff member:
Well, there are plenty of reasons, like:
I can play in CT's team and T's team(I'm not sitting in spectators to have free space in T team, then join )

I want to be a cool kid.
I have played this server for a long enough, to be freekilled multiple times and that feeling is disgusting when you know that next round you have the same possibility,or higher, of being freekilled... and laughed at?
I am very active in chat and I like to communicate with people.
Sometimes there are people who don't know rules, so I'm trying to help them with knowing rules.

Previous experience as moderator/administrator:
I play CS2D for about 6 years and I've been adm/mod in plenty of servers that I can't count them... That's a fact that this server is quite big, that means it needs great responsibility.

Why should we accept your application:
Because I can be an useful moderator.
I am active player.
I am active in forum as well.
I could punish rule breakers, that's quite it!

Have you ever been kicked/muted/banned on server (if yes why ?):
I have never been kicked/muted nor banned because I respect rules.

Any previous server bans? (if yes why ?):
I am never playing against the rules and in beginning when I join some new server, I read rules and try to obey them as possible as I can.
 I don't have any bans.

How many applications have you made before:
None, cause I've joined this server about one month ago, and there were not availible aplication section, so I waited until application

Well we have the same tastes.

Answer to these two questions: 
Q1 - If you see someone freekilling what will you do (Assuming that you have been accepted as a mod1 for example and have mod powers)

Q2 - What should you do if a staff member is abusing his/her powers? (Assuming that you're a mod1 here as well)

1. - Firstly I'd try to notice that, then I'd see if he has done that to multiple T's, like bursting on loads of people for no reason at all, I'd kick that player.
If only one, like for accident or similiar situation(RPG/Doors), I'd kill and warn that player.
If there are not much players on server I'd try to talk to him, if he can speak.
About blacklist I don't know that much, but If there is hacker, freekiller that shoots and kills T's in their cells I'd blacklist that player.
I don't want to be that harsh, but fair.
Since I'm quite often on server, I notice newbies, and that way I'd easier know who could freekill or who could lie.

2. - I think that staff members should think multiple times how they act/ what they do, but If I see that there's a staff member that abuses its powers, I'd try to talk to him, discuss the situation, if it isn't like hacking or banning/kicking/killing people for no reason at all(nothing very serious).
I mean, everyone can make mistakes and if they apologize, and are really sorry for what they did, tries to fix situation, then they should be given a chance. But I'd keep an eye on him.
If it gets a bit more serious then, for sure, I'd try kicking him and report him on forum instantly.

Decent answers although you should not punish the staff that is abusing yourself, leave that to the admins.
